She is such a good teacher and "hand holder" that I have become self sufficient and it has been months since I have had to call her.
We use Time Matters as our full practice management solution. We scan all of our incoming and outcoming documents and use timematters for document management so that we almost never have to look at the paper files. We also are using timematters for timesheets and billing.
